Meet Joe & Carol a happily married couple for over 50 years.  They reside in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.  When they started a family they had to sell their beloved Harley.  You thought maybe this was the end of the story, wrong.

We have had our trike now for two weeks.  We are having a ball.  Even rode it up to Appleton one day.  It is such fun, we wish we had done it sooner.  

We have had some curious onlookers.  One young man at a gas station, seemed quite interested.  He asked where we had ours done.  Of course we told him and he took your number down.  He has a 1992 Harley that he would like to have triked for his petite, 5' fiance.  We suggested he contact you.

We want to thank you first of all, for finding the beautiful Harley and facilitating the sale for us.  We also thank you for the phone calls, preparing the paper work, transfer of Title, etc...  Mailing it to us in Florida.  You certainly went above and beyond, and we appreciate your efforts.

September of 2001 we met their son Joe at Tomahawk, WI at Sara Park during The Tomahawk Open House.  It was our first year as a vendor with our Lehman Trike Dealership.  Joe talked to us about our Lehman Trikes, took a book, and business card and went home.  He gave his parents the information and the following day we got back from Tomahawk, Joe and Carol were at my doorstep.

I in-turn showed them the shop in the process of being completed.  They loved the idea of buying a Lehman Trike but the one we had on the floor was a 2002 New Ultra with the Renegade Package which was more than what they could afford.

That same night Craig called Joe and talked to him about possibly finding a used  Harley Ultra and triking it in the Renegade Kit for them for less.  They told Craig to see what he could find.  We found a 2001 Ultra from Chicago, bought the bike and brought it back to our shop to build for Joe and Carol.  Now, you have to understand that they were in Florida during the time of finding and building them a beautiful Lehman Trike.  So, they didn't get to see their Harley until they would get back to home to Fond du Lac in Spring.  That's how much they both trusted  and had faith with our Craig and I.

During this time of building, Joe went and got his Motorcycle License at an area technical college and passed with flying colors (no-points wrong).  We were so proud of Joe for haven't riding in over 50 years and coming through with the best in his class.
