It was a windy Sunday afternoon on June 28, 2009 and Don, myself and Gus decided to go for a motorcycle ride.(We had our Harley converted to a trike at Majestic Trikes & Cycles early this year). We decided to go to Lodi, so we took the ferry across from Merrimac. We drove for a while and when we came to a gas station/Dairy Queen/Cousin subs, we decided to stop and have a Dairy Queen (it sure was good). When we went back out, I noticed that Gus, who had been riding along since we had the bike converted was no longer there. we have no idea what happened to Gus. Gus rode all the way to Appleton to the State Hog Rally, even to Green Bay and back home to Reedsburg. So now we have no Gus to ride along with us.

The following Monday Don called Majestic Trikes & Cycles and talked to Susan and told her that we had lost Gus somewhere on our ride. Sure hope we can get another Gus to ride along again. We really miss the cute little fellow. I hope if anyone finds Gus that they will like him as much as we did.

Thanks Susan & Craig for giving us another Gus to ride with us again.

hello all at mtnc

here is gus getting ready for a little witch and ghost hunting.he left janesville on sunday sept 27 2009 headed for witch road in rosendale wishe found the old witches house in the woods which is almost completely fallen apart.it was kind of an eerie road tho it started raining so gus had to retire to the tour pac seeing as he doesnt have any raingear. he then ventured over to green lake and stopped and stopped at the haunted dartford cemetary you can see sheila sitting there as it was still raining and gus was still in hiding. from here he headed back to janesville before the heavy storms started. he did make it back out before he got home tho. he goes with us everywhere. we are really enjoying the trike. thank you for everything. you folks at mtnc are truly the best, will stay in touch.

Hello Craig and Sue - Gus welcomed us home - see attached pic.  We had a pretty uneventful trip. At first I wasn't too keen on the idea of Pat riding all that way for his first time on the trike, but now I think it was a good idea, because I could tell that he was getting more comfortable with it the further we went.  I think having to drive the distance actually helped.  We stopped a few times on the way home, just to check and adjust his feet alittle.   He just took off again to ride over and show his dad and a friend.  I've never seen him smile more!  Thank you both for your support, care and kindness (and also your good workmanship!)  We definitely will have to do some riding together!  You have made lifetime friends!
